"Pros:
Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help.
If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location!
Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach.
Negatives:
I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in.
The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep.
The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night.
The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

"Wonderful stay! The bungalows are comfortable, the food is great, the personnel really couldn’t be any nicer, and the hotel is on the frontline of the sea within a short walk to the whale shark watching centre.
The staff are amazing! "

"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. "Spacious room, though oddly shaped. It's beside a river or creek, so if it's warm or sunny, you can smell it (and it's not pleasant at all) when you open your window or go outside. Given the amenities and condition of the facilities, it seems a bit pricey for what you'd get. I'd still be okay to stay here again if needed but I think I could find another hotel with better value around the area."
