"The microwave- which was also the only light source and stove vent- was not working. The fridge had a high pitch squeeling sound and froze all of our food. We were unable to use the kitchen as needed as there was no light to cook by. We asked for a credit for the food and have heard nothing. I had needed to ship items to myself as I was working in Boston for the month. I was told it was not allowed. No where in the contract was that mentioned. The staff at Wvonify management company yelled at me...

"The location of the property was the best, very near Boston Commons, good restaurants nearby. However, the property was not Senior friendly, steep narrow stairs. Also, although very clean, the studio is in need of updating and upgrading."
