It was clean and in a convenient location, and mostly had what we needed for our stay - basically a place to leave our stuff during the day and a place to sleep at night. There is no place in the bedroom for clothes except the closet; no shelves, no dresser, not even a folding luggage rack - though there is a giant full-length mirror. In the bathroom, there are only two small wire hooks for towels and no place except the back of the toilet and along the sink to put one's toiletries. There isn't much seating - two chairs at the cafe table, a couch (with a wobbly leg), and a side chair. Probably not a place for someone traveling with small children. We did appreciate the TV with Netflix and a few other streaming services. Warning: The noise/vibration on Friday and Saturday nights from the two clubs next door was significant - enough to recommend earplugs to anyone thinking of staying there. The apartment we stayed in was on the fourth floor with only stairs (no elevator), so access could be challenging for people who have difficulty navigating stairs. Check-in and access are done via keypad and procedures were outlined clearly. It took asking a few times to determine that that it was okay to leave our trash behind.
