"A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. "Tibouche and Phillip are the perfect hosts and welcomed us into their charming home like family. We had a very friendly welcome from their loveable black Labrador Paddy too! The farmhouse is spacious and cosy with plenty of lovely paintings - many of which are Tibouche’s own accomplished work. She prepared a delicious hearty dinner for us and we chatted with them and other guests - and even played the piano! Such fun! "We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival and attentive service throughout our stay. Room was brilliant, lovely character and very warm and cosy. All amenities we needed for our stay. Wonderful choice of hot breakfast dishes which were cooked and presented to a high standard and accompanied by fruits, yogurt, nuts, seeds, toast, preserves etc etc. Thoroughly recommend this beautiful charming hotel and will definitely stay again when in the area.
