"Lovely stay at the Woodlands. The owner and his wife couldn't be nicer people. It's a nice change from the homogenised and impersonal experience you normally find at the typical chain hotels. The setting of the place was so nice aswell. Lovely trees, beautiful countryside and the nice older buildings... it made it feel unique. Breakfast was excellent and the whole vibe of the place was relaxed. I would stay here again! "

"Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. The hotel looks terrible, and the staff is not professional at all. I had to book another hotel, and nobody replied to my messages. It is an awful experience; don't go to that...
