"The host was welcoming and responsive to our requests. It was a great little home for a week with very quick access to the parks and the bonus kitchen to prepare our own food. Clean, good beds, great shower. (If you are sensitive to noise- steps/movement from floor above, or interstate traffic, be aware that both are present.) Excellent value option given proximity to parks. "

"The house was a great size and supplied everything needed. The pool heater worked great and everyone loved the hot tub. Could use some updating but property management was very responsive to any issue, the stove broke and they had a new one delivered very quickly. We were overall very happy with our stay."

"Terra Verde is lovely as a resort . The pool at the home was nice. The house was in worn down condition, stained worn carpet, odor, damaged walls and furniture, dingy. Cleaning was sub par.and essentials were minimal (no baking pans or pot holders , dirty dishes, 3 crummy beach towels.total, mattresses worn , and kids beds not on box springs as pictured, no Minnie mouse decor as pictured). We're frequent guests to Terra Verde and this house is far below standard compared to other homes and...
