"The host was welcoming and responsive to our requests. It was a great little home for a week with very quick access to the parks and the bonus kitchen to prepare our own food. Clean, good beds, great shower. (If you are sensitive to noise- steps/movement from floor above, or interstate traffic, be aware that both are present.) Excellent value option given proximity to parks. "

"I contacted host prior to booking about cleaning process and if I could ship an item ahead of our stay. I was told yes. Messaged host 2 weeks prior to stay asking for address to ship with no reply. Messaged 3 days prior to verify reservation and check in details. Reservation was confirmed and details would be sent 1 day prior. Check in details didn't arrive and I contacted host again. Rental was dirty overall including bedding. Very disappointed."

"When we checked in the facility had not been cleaned- contacted the host she was almost unreachable- any other questions she had poor response time and said there wasn’t anything she could do She did refund a small portion of the stay but not enough to make a difference "

"Loved everything. Nice neighborhood where I felt safe with my teenage daughters. Pool was clean and within walking distance. All conveniences provided. Bathroom is kinda small but that was expected. It worked. Girls enjoyed the loft. I had some nice peaceful alone time while they went to a concert in Orlando. Price was perfect. All communication prior to and during visit was great. Highly recommend if you are visiting Orlando for any reason. Great for families."
