Nice place if you don't need internet
Good location and friendly personell. I couldn't use the internet despite that the signal was strong. The capacity needs to be updated.

Its a nice family get away stay. Hope restaurant is available in the vicinity. I will definitely come back .

Very dirty hotel.
Towels were thin, dirty and over-used. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, but dirty. Whole place looked like it was falling apart and was very dirty in general.

Located right next to the boardwalk. Lots of great restaurants and close to both the bus station and airport. Very quiet.

Need proper maintenance and improvement
The condition of the facility is deteriorating. Defective aircon, bathroom towels are old and brownish in color, damage door knob and security lock not working. Although cleanliness is maintained but I would recommend it will be improved and aircon is replaced or fix.

The bathroom was dirty, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and made our luggage wet, had to call front desk every time to get into our room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was accessible to restaurants and the boulevard by the sea. It was relatively clean. The only downside was there was no elevator and our room was in the third floor but we got a good cardio exercise.

Bra hotell med perfekt läge
Trevligt hotell som ligger väldigt bra till i Dipolog. Bra värde för pengarna, dock lite dåligt tryck i duschen men beror nog på att vi hade rummet på översta våningen. AC var utmärkt dock.

Cheap room prices but the amenities were very standard. Air conditioning worked well, and the location is close to many restaurants and the boulevard.

It was a typical Filippino standard room. Basic but all amenities worked. Great A/C decent Hot water. Great location and the desk staff was ver friendly and helpful.

Value for Money
The place is conveniently situated right next to the awesome boulevard, and to plenty of restaurants, eatery, and fastfood options. The staffs are welcoming. Although the hallways need some kind of ventilation, coz it can get really hot midday, the room was clean and can get really cold with their quality aircon. Overall, it was a great value for money. Will stay again if I get back to Dipolog. PS. Nobody answers the contact numbers posted here nor anywhere in the internet. Also, I took a better picture of the bed. Feel free to replace the photo in the site :)

Hotel is quite clean and walking distance to the center of the city. The main area I can recommend is for the hotel to improve its service and comfort. At least there is someone to help carry if you have very big heavy luggage. Am booked on the higher floor and there is no elevator/lift. Carrying the heavy big luggage is not easy. Well of course if you only carry a back pack or handcarry luggage then should not be a problem. But if your carrying heavy luggage it is a different story.

It was nice stay till the day we was leaving as we sat on the second floor to get internet when we saw a rat comming down the stairs we reported it but it's something that comes in everyday

i love how easy it was to book a hotel and pay with a visa... the room is so comfortable, the staff and the people there are friendly.. and it's not far from the city centre so it's very convenient.

Quality budget hotel
A good-sized desk for working. Nice furniture. Hot shower. Clean. Wifi erratic. Only one small cockroach. No elevator. Didn't apply to me, but there is an odd policy about no visitors at all in the rooms.

the room was not nice, the toilet blocked and i was told that i should not put toilet paper in the toilet and instead use a bin to throw away the soiled paper, no chance of kettle for a hot drink, i left after just 1 night and tried another hotel

Wir waren insgesamt 9 Tage in dem Hotel weil unter Schiff 3 Tage später abgelegt hat und insgesamt ist unser Zimmer nur 1 mal gereinigt worden, und das nur nach unserer Aufforderung. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.
