Absolutely idea for what we wanted for our stay in Dingle.Would have given 5 rating but the water pressure for taps was very poor so needs a bit of work on the plumbing also the water was Luke warm at best.The shower water was nice and hot with it being electric but the water from the immersion heater was Luke warm.

Perfection

I have done stays all over via VRBO and this is one of the very best. The hosts communicated immediately upon booking and then again as our trip got closer. The home is spacious, full of light and comfortable furnishings and the location is a short walk from town but so quiet and peaceful. Every detail has been considered, which is not always easy to do. Recommend without any hesitation!! Go to Dingle!

Great house, good location with a short walk to town. Owner responsive. Although we were all adults, I would recommend this house for families with children for the extra sitting room upstairs.

Exceptional, Quintessential Property in the heart of Dingle

What a wonderful property! This is the perfect spot for your County Kerry vacation! There were 4 adults in our group (ages 39, 39, 41 and 70), and everyone was VERY happy with this perfect cottage. The owner’s communication and support couldn’t have been better. No detail was overlooked by the owners! Even with the great details prior to our stay, everything in the cottage is well labelled and easy to understand. This cottage is quiet, and truly walking distance to everything you need downtown Dingle. The inside is clean, with more space than we needed for 4 adults. The back patio is a great spot for morning coffee or an afternoon of sun. We felt right at home. On top of the cottage itself, we were well-informed with many many useful tips for improving our visit to Dingle and the surrounding area. This allowed our group to plan all of our adventures and ensure we experienced everything Dingle has to offer… from a beautiful drive around the Slea Head peninsula, to a cliffside boat ride in Dingle harbor, and a plethora of downtown shops/food/pubs/music. Our entire group had an exceptional visit, and we’re already planning our return!

Perfect home base for a family stay in Dingle

We couldn't have been happier with the accomodations, location and host communication at Harriet's Cottage. The rooms were all very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with very clear instructions on how everything works. The pubs, shops and restaurants of Dingle are literally just around the corner but this little gem of a townhouse is quiet and peaceful when you get back for the night. If you have kids the third floor is a great extra space for them to hang out. This a perfect home base to explore all the peninsula has to offer. Top notch!

Just what we needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harriet’s Cottage and Dingle. The amenities were as advertised and everything was meticulously labeled with instructions. The neighborhood was quiet, yet the center of town was a few blocks away. Anthony was very responsive to our questions, from booking to check in. We hope to return soon - we’ve been dingled!

The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a very brief walk to the center of town. With 3 stories, it accommodates 3 couples with ease and privacy. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped and includes dishwasher as well a washer-drier. The host, Anthony, was extremely accommodating and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the linens ample. We'd be very glad to return.

Wonderful Property/Beautiful Area

We loved this cottage! It was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. All of the hints about how to use the appliances, places to eat/shop, etc., were very helpful. It is also close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home base for Dingle

Our experience at Harriet’s Cottage could not have been better. The property itself was lovely and spacious. The location was perfect. We parked our car at the house and accessed everything we wanted to do in town on foot. The check in process went smoothly and all communications with owners were a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

We had a fabulous visit to Dingle. We were able to do so much and all within walking distance to the house. Harriet’s Cottage is a wonderful home equipped with everything you might need! It even has a boot warmer which came in really handy after we got caught in the rain during our cliff hike! Plenty of space at the house and our teenage son loved having his own space in the loft to play video games! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We hope to return to Dingle again soon and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Host

Anthony and Melissa were fantastic hosts who provided plenty of information in the lead up to our trip. Guides to Dingle restaurants and pubs, activities to do in the area, even how to drive in Ireland! They went above and beyond. The house itself was lovely and just a short walk into town. It was great!

Everything about our trip to Dingle and our stay at Harriett’s Cottage was perfect! Very easy to check in and clear directions on how to do and use everything. Very conveniently located close to all the shops and restaurants in Dingle! We will definitely be staying again on our next trip!

Perfect location and a very homey feel

We loved our stay at Harriets Cottage! Perfect location for walking into town as well as for driving around the Dingle Peninsula, Slea Head Drive etc. The cottage had everything you could need and was very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area and hope to stay again someday!
