"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."

"This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. Overall our visit was great and we would absolutely return to this home again!"

"We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. "Great little cabin for a quick trip. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for my family of 4 - kids ages 2 & 4. There is a cute creek and big rock they climbed in the morning as I made breakfast. The use of Nordic Village amenities is key! The cabin is very small, but it was everything we needed. "The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?"

"I’ll just start with I’ve never been more at peace leaving a vacation. the kayaking, paddle boating, canoeing did not go to waste,as we found our city selves doing it EVERY DAY! "Our host Marianne made our stay very relaxing. She is very accommodating and very responsive. We like to hike with our dog. The property is located near several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Our pup loved it. The cabin was also comfortable enough for us to leave him behind for a short time while we went out for some shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone with a pup who enjoys the outdoors but also likes quiet at night. "

"My husband and I needed a weekend away to relax and just spend some time together. The chalet was very clean and we were able to find everything we needed quite easily! We loved the beautiful lilac bush outside of our deck. I enjoyed the smell of it as I sat on the deck reading a book. We cooked all of our meals at the chalet, watched movies and slept in.
