I really wanted to give this place 10 stars as I quite enjoyed the apartment and the location. However, two issues prevent me from doing so:1. I received a text after checking in to ask if the cleaning met my standards. I replied that almost everything was great except the shower/tub drains very poorly and the inner shower curtain was really quite gross. I received a prompt reply: “Great, thank you for the feedback. We've notated this and are implementing it.” And yet nothing changed during the length of my stay. I had standing water every shower and the curtain still had mold all over the bottom.2. The hot tub hours were advertised as beginning at 9. We carefully planned the morning we left to have a chance to relax in the hot tub before leaving. By 9:30, the gate was still locked and we were out of time to wait. Checkout was at 10 and we had a long drive home. I called every number I could find, but the best Vacasa could do was tell me they’d send a message to the property manager. I realize Vacasa doesn’t have control over this, but the hot tub access is one of the main reasons why I booked this location, and it was frustrating not to be able to use it before a 10-hour drive home.
