"We stayed here with a group of teenagers for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were fun to watch. We enjoyed the privacy so the kids could talk on the porches, and we loved the fact that the loft was full of beds, so nobody had to feel left out. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of tools and some spices. Plenty to do nearby, quick access to grocery stores and great hiking/swimming. We would stay again! "

"The property was private and relaxing. It was also close to Frankin and Highlands, so day trips were easy. Even though we only spent a few days at the ranch, we left very relaxed. We will definitely be back."

"Rosebay Cottage was a very serene, clean, and beautiful place to stay! Tucked into the woods with a nice mountain view. Well appointed with everything you’d need. The back porch was our favorite place to gather and enjoy the fireplace! We hope to return sometime soon. "

"The view was outstanding. The cleanliness was perfect. The facilities were great along withe amenities. Being up in the mountain, location could be a challenge, but the owner gave very precise directions."

"Excellent experience overall! The home was outstanding with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Multiple outdoor seating areas allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful weather each afternoon and evening. Very quiet and peaceful. The host communication was excellent with quick responses and offers to assist with anything during our stay. This was one of the best experiences in our years of hiking trips to western NC. "We recently stayed at this big cabin and the views are spectacular! There was plenty of room for 4 of us. The creek is lovely and peaceful. Beautiful bonfire pits! The hot tub is nice and in good working order. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for cooking. Would gladly stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The home doesn’t feel like a VRBO, but rather a gorgeous “home”. There are SO many beautiful pieces of artwork! The home has a great layout and we really enjoyed the library where you're bound to find a great book to read given the extensive collection. Communication with the owner was fabulous, which is always very welcomed. Thank you for everything! "

"Beautiful house with amazing lake and mountain views. The house was comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped including high end appliances. Everything was extremely clean and seemed fairly new. Great location on lake—close to a public boat launch, interesting sites on the lake and a very nice restaurant. Communication from the host was really good and helpful. Overall a great, relaxing vacation!"
