"We were visiting the Christmas lights at Blenheim palace and decided to make a weekend of it and found the studio at Long Hanborough an ideal place to stay with it being so close and also with a railway station within walking distance to be able to get to Oxford for a visit. The studio contains everything you need for a short break and with the George and Dragon pub next door to top a wonderful weekend off"

"Nice quaint quirky cottage spacious with low ceilings. Kitchen cutlery and utensils require replenishing eg only three sets of knives and forks. "

"Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable."

"I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. "This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! The hut was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable with high-quality linens and duvet/pillows. Kitchen very well-supplied with everything I needed (and more).
