"The property was just as photo shown. The owners were very courteous and attentive. Always available if we had any questions. They allowed us to check in a little early which helped tremendously and was greatly appreciated. I recommend this to anyone. Very close to the beach, short walk and lots of games and fun stuff to do. "

"Modest but clean and everything you would expect to be provided was. Cookware was actually very nice...a pleasant surprise. Kitchen sink was a bit sketchy but functional. Parking and access was good. Host was responsive and left good check-in instructions.The most negative thing I might say is that by the time cleaning fees, etc. were applied, the cost was a little bit higher than I would have expected for a small modest cottage. "Great stay overall. Check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing, so very little communication was needed. The area was quiet and conveniently located near the beach and several restaurants. The home offered everything needed for both a business trip and a relaxing getaway, including accommodations that made it easy to be self-sufficient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
