"The house was fantastic, great spaces, nice pool. Unfortunately, property was not completly clean. There were cigarrette butts by the pool. The back fire pit was full of bottles and cigarette butts. The worst part was the poor condition of the private dock. One of the main reasons I chose the property was for the private dock, but too many missing boards and no railing made the dock very unsafe to walk on. We did have a good time with the property. "The location is amazing, we enjoyed being able to walk to Pier 6. We also enjoyed our private pier. The pool pump was broken, so the pool water was a little cloudy, but we still enjoyed the pool. The house layout is a little odd, but we made it work. There are 2 primary rooms, both with King size beds and private bathrooms, but no rooms have closets. The middle king size room has a bunk room inside of it. Great for a nursery or kids room, but there are no plugs so we couldn’t use the baby...
