"It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay."

"We arrived very late at night but we're allocated our room quickly. It was spacious with everything we wanted. The following day we were due to go back to the airport to collect a hire car. We had booked the airport shuttle but missed it as we overslept. The hotel were very understanding and booked us on the next one. When our driver came, he realised that the car hire company was a short distance away. He rang them and arranged for us to collect the car straight from there, saving us lots of...

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping.
