"My family along with my parents stayed during the week in August. We were all very impressed with the condo and amenities. Beautiful sunsets on the bay, easy beach access across the street, and a lovely pool. The condo itself is nicer than the photos, very clean and well maintained. Has everything you need to relax at the beach. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely book again!"

"The unit was clean and tidy on check in. I'm new to this type of rental, so was caught off guard that there were no bed linens or towels. I've since learned to check for this. The manger was easy to contact. The location is great. The unit's on the third floor, so be sure you can do steps. The wrap-around deck was a pleasant surprise. Pet friendly locations are appreciated. The mattress were two soft, but that seems to be the norm in these rental accommodations. Would look to book this location...

"Our family had a great trip staying at Jason’s property. Condo was clean and well stocked. This is our second stay at Dewey beach, last year staying at the Hyatt so we were familiar with the location. My young kids enjoyed the board games stocked in the living room and the rubber duck collection! Jason was always in touch making sure we had a great stay. We loved that the condo is located close to the beach and bay or you can just spend the day at the rooftop pool. We also had a cloudy cold day...

"Overall neat, clean and freshly painted. Lvg/dining furnishings made the most of limited space to give the basics needs for a family. Building is quiet. TV youtube & netflix many shutdowns, maybe needs upgrade. Wastebaskets & miirrors in all bedrooms would be nice. Toilet paper was not adequately supplied, we bought it. Good location for beach access and very nice pool. Overall our family enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice dog friendly property and well kept! Very close to beach, spacious screened in porch and gorgeous landscaping and outdoor shower. Main bathroom shower on the small side and got unlucky with the loud renters in the property in front of us all week and their smoking so unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space but not a reflection on this beautiful and homey rental that's close to everything Dewey has to offer. "
