"Very comfortable beds. Clean and well decorated space. The neighborhood is a bit transitional though easy waking distance to the northeast end of King St. As of March 2026, construction noise started at 5:30a everyday, not 8am as described in the listing. Also, the toilet basically worked but required some attention to get it to flush correctly. Property manager was responsive and communication was easy."
