"Very shabby for the price"

"Dreadful. I want a refund. Displayed on the site as a cozy house in a quiet spot, the accommodation is back rooms of a dingy cafe, on a main road. No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room. Talking with a disembodied and uncivil person standing in a carpark was NOT HOW THE...

"This has to be one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The bathroom was perfect which is often an area that is overlooked. The beds are also super comfy which can some times be the downfall of most stays, but because of this, it makes it a place I would definitely book again for a relaxing stay."
