"Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel."

"The Blanket hotel has excellent staff. It is a boutique hotel but has all the amenities you need. They also provide lots of additional services such as yoga, nature walk, cooking demos and so on. The pool is also beautiful. The location next to the waterfall makes it magical. The other guests don’t follow rules much when it comes to use of the pool in proper attire. "Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could."
