Overall a very solid experience! The property genuinely looks better in person than in the pictures which says something. Street parking is generally available and in a safe neighborhood. Some communication delays at times, but received everything that I needed to for the check-in process. Only points of note were the WiFi/shower functionality, but these were more observations than concerns. Would highly recommend for someone looking to visit downtown without the $1k price tag of hotels.

it was easy to get a urber and also i had urber eats come after 10pm and it took only 20 mins....everything was as stated....however, the floors were very wet...we came at ck in ...so hey we know it was cleaned...but it was a good stay...owe, sugar need sugar..lol...will stay again...very safe building.....

Very quick stay. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The apartment itself could use a deep cleaning. Floors and baseboards were pretty filthy. However, the bed was clean and no bugs. Good location and for what we needed it was good.

Quiet and comfortable,

We stayed here after a full day at the Detroit Institute of Art. It was quiet, the arcade games were a hit, and the comfy couch was great to unwind and relax with a movie after walking all day.

This place was dirty. I messaged the host and he swore it had been cleaned and mopped but that was clearly a lie or misinformation. I had to take photos to send to the travel insurance company.
