"Large, spacious loft apartment in a neighbourhood close to Downtown, Riverfront and Huntington Place. Free parking was very convenient. And the apartment building is very easy to find. There are nice cafes and pubs in Corktown within walking distance. Easy access to the bus station. It worked very well for me."

"We enjoyed our stay! Neat building and loft, but definitely an old building so some of the negatives were expected. The A/C is a window unit and I could see it possibly getting a little stuffy in the loft on very hot days if you didn’t keep up on it and if you spent more time there than we did. "Finding the key was a bit of a hassle much like a quest. The instructions included find the lock box above the one with love written on it, on a fence of lock boxes. The unit was nice and clean and as described. There was a basket of treats which nice. I would have liked more coffee pods there was only one for each day of our stay. The walk up the four flights of stairs with our luggage had us gasping for breath lol. the place was close to downtown only $20 Uber. Overall great little get away...

"I am guessing that this apt is a reno in this building. For the positives, the beds were comfortable and the living area was air conditioned and comfortable. The unit was nicely decorated with a theme throughout. However, there was NO ac in the bedrooms though and no windows so they were basically hot boxes. The building needs some work. The parking area had alot of broken glass. The hallway had discarded ac units in the hallway and many apts had doors open to help circulate air. Not...
