This condo is ideally situated. Walkable to tourist sites near the river, blocks from The Belt, close to many of Detroit's murals and sports venues, and across the street from the dueling Coney Island hot dog restaurants. Short drive to Eastern Market (highly recommend breakfast at Farmer Frank's before a walk through the market) and Midtown. Unit is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet. My only "complaint" pertains to limited kitchen supplies (e.g. there is no pot large enough for pasta or baking pans [other than cookie sheets]. It was challenging to make a full dinner for a family of 4, but supplies were adequate for breakfast). I would also note that because of construction, it was difficult to find the alley where the lockbox was located, but the valet's working nearby were kind and helpful.

Perfect location for our trip to see a Detroit Lions game. Larger in person than we expected and very quiet for being right in downtown Detroit.

The property was big which was nice. And it was close to a lot of nice spots. It wasn’t the cleanest though. There were dead bugs and a lot of grime along the baseboards of the bedrooms and several areas of dirt spots on the doors and molding. The floor looked like it was mopped then walked over immediately because there were shoe prints and it felt really gritty. The WiFi was very spotty and we had to use our personal hotspot in order to watch the football game. The onsite parking was nice.

Great Experience in Detroit

Property was clean and convenient to everything. Check-in process was spot on. Property management staff was always available. Great location. Property had an amazing view of downtown Detroit. Can't wait to stay there again in the future.

Excellent apartment and location!

This apartment was much better than pictured very spacious very clean. The location is top-notch. You’re very close to everything you could wanna be including restaurants, bars, parks the riverfront, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Great stay!

Stayed here with my hubs and 4 kids (8, 10, 15 and 17) on our road trip from PA to Michigan. The apartment is perfect. Great restaurants close by and park across the street. Had a minor issue with the washer/dryer combo as it wouldn't dry our clothes but they said they would be looking into it. Great communication - would stay here again!

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Great condo. Very clean and comfortable . Close walk to the ballpark, restaurants and bars. Easy walk to casinos and Greektown. Would definitely book this facility again.

Detroit is a wonderful city, and if the price is right this isn’t a bad stay. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, but the owner was communicative throughout the repair. A couple of things: 1) The check in can be intimidating if you’re not from the area. We learned that street spots will open up within a 2 block radius, which makes running to the lockbox a lot easier. 2) The parking fee through the host is marked up quite a bit. The same garage that they offer is around the corner and charges a max of $25 per day. Definitely something I wish we knew beforehand. 3) This area was under construction and, as a result, super noisy early in the morning (I’m taking 5am). Some blackout curtains would go a long way. In lieu of that, fire up that white noise playlist and bring ear plugs if that’s your thing. Overall, a solid stay that I’ll definitely consider for my next trip to Detroit.

Loved the location and place. It was a little overwhelming to get the check-in instructions and venture alone to find the key (the sticker was not on the lockbox). The parking pass situation could have used directions (not obvious at first).. Also, 2-ply toilet paper would have nice!

The property was great and the host was responsive. As far as location, I’m not sure it gets better! We walked to the Piston’s game and were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The directions on arrival were clear and concise and we really enjoyed the mattresses! We will definitely be back.
