"Second stay at Easthampstead & unfortunately not as excellent as my first. Room 304 was lovely but a fair bit smaller than room 301 out in the Hepburn House. Super comfy beds though, although it didn't have a fridge available or sufficient towels. Other downside was that we hoped being out of the main hotel this would be much quieter however we were awoken loudly 6.30-7am as the downstairs gym had a class which sounded like a very loud nightclub & the bass woke us up, which was very...

"This pub is a really well looked after and the rooms are super comfortable... lovely bed, large rooms... The breakfast is top quality and a great comfortable experience... The only things to note are, it is not as close to Henley as I thought, it was about 4-5 miles away and there is NO mobile reception in the pub or the rooms... if you need to make or receive any calls, you have to walk around the car park or the village for a reception...! "Everything was just right, facilities, staff and food"

"This is a very peaceful and comfortable space. It is relatively “low-tech”, I.e you open the doors with keys rather than a card. It is one of my favourite places to stay. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is quality and the grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend"

"Very impressive building and grounds, gated security which made you feel safe at all times, staff, rooms, food and facilities were excellent"

There were a few minor things that should be fixed (a little mold at the bottom of shower door and hinge screws protruding through the bathroom door). That’s just shoddy work. Nothing that affected our stay however."

"Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"Room was a little tired. Restaurant in the bar area was excellent."

"Staff was great. Friendly n helpful"

"A fantastic venue for a reunion with friends. Set in stunning grounds, with lots to do, would definitely recommend."

"Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...
