"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "Stayed here for 5 nights on a work trip last week. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a week away from home. Price is excellent. Very happy customer."

"Es un sitio encantador. Tanto Angelica como Shaun son muy atentos. Las cabañas están muy bién equipadas, las camas y literas son perfectas. Hay horno, microondas, lavaplatos... de todo! En la granja hay cabras (super loquitaaaas!), ovejas, conejos, cerdos y las gallinas de las puedes coger los huevos cada mañana. Está muy cerca de Legoland, de Windsord, de las carreras de caballos... volveremos!"

"We rented this property for Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. We will be back 100%. Thank you to Andy & Sharon! xx"

Convenient hotel

"It's a great hotel very conveniently located in the Gatwick airport. It's very clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The only negative thing is that the room we were given was so far away from the reception, we had a lot of suitcases so it was a bit tough to get there, it was quicker to get to the airport than the room. We are young so it wasn't too much of a problem for us. Overall a good stay and would stay there again."

"The only one gym machine is Out of service. They had a sign which says that they are going to fix it as soon as possible but it is not true... I stayed there for a month and same sign was there and nothing fixed. Also, be carefull if you are booking a saturday night because thay had parties until 1:30 am and if you have to wake up early in the morning it is impossible to sleep. They offer you to change your room but in 5th floor you can still hear the noise. It is not a serious hotel at all."
