"The outdoor pool was quite dirty when the bubbles stopped. It was overall clean apart from dead flies etc on the floor around the indoor pool. Staff were nice, man is restaurant made me extremely uncomfortable with sexual innuendos and was very unprofessional. Would have been nice to have the bar open outside the restaurant. The cleaning staff were lovely as were reception. Room itself was nice, parts of the hotel overall were tired. It would have been nice to have replacement spa towels each...

"Muy positiva."

"Lovely room next to the beautiful pub. Gorgeous location not far from Farnham town. Would definitely go back"

"The hotel lays in a quiet place, need to drive probably. We walk to a restaurant near by but was 15 minutes not through the safest widest road. But other than that a very good quality price ratio, gym, indoor pool was very clean and good breakfast."

"It's very nice and in a beautiful location."

"Lovely place , staff really friendly and helpful "

"The Bathroom Basin Hot Tap flow was virtually non existant...very,very,very,slow in delivery which was minimal. The Bath Shower Mixer was broken causing great inconvenience not having a hand held Showering facility to avoid using the overhead seperate Shower and getting hair wet."

"Do not be fooled by the pictures it’s very tired. It smells. The windows not cleaned on don’t know how long. Faulty towers would be better and certainly not worth half of what they charge. Unless blind and lost sense of smell. Avoid."

"The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!"

"El tratamiento del personal muy bueno y acogedor. Todo en su lugar. Buen estado y limpieza de la habitación. Tenía bonita vista hace la calle principal, desde mi habitación. El hotel tiene un bonito bar. Y el barman muy bueno y atento. Buen hotel. Lo recomiendo."

"The location was excellent; however, the discerning differential was the outstanding staff. Damien, Reuben and Andrew manned the restaurant extremely well and attended to my every need. The housekeeping staff were also polite and extremely attentive, Lastly, the breakfast chef was excellent."

"English Breakfastがよかった。"
