Besonders enttäuschend waren das mangelhafte Allergenmanagement, die À-la-carte-Restaurants, die Qualität der Zimmerreinigung sowie die Situation mit den Liegen am Pool. "Optisch ist dieses Hotel ein absoluter Traum. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und außergewöhnlich sauber: den ganzen Tag sind Mitarbeiter unterwegs und kümmern sich um die Pflege. "A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). "We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June.
