"Great cottage near the southern tip of Otisco lake, it's a little south of the causeway that divides the lake so there are generally calmer waters. We had some problems with bees the first night or two, but once we figured out where they were coming from, the owners were very responsive and got an exterminator out right away. "Dual House was well kept and a pleasure to experience. Kids and adults had so much fun on the lake in the kayaks and paddle boards. The sunset over the lake is spectacular. The 12 bedrooms gave all of us (16) plenty of comfort. Had a small issue getting into lake house for check-in but was quickly resolved by the managing team. Kitchen is well stock for utensils. while there wasn't enough room for all of us to sit at a table the "Great room" allowed us all to comfortably eat at the lake house....

"El servicio de limpieza es pésimo, estuvimos 10 noches y solo porque insistimos mucho nos hicieron limpieza dos veces. Nunca en un hotel había me había pasado eso. Olvidé en el salón desayunador una bolsa y desapareció y el personal del hotel no se preocupó en lo más mínimo. En general una experiencia terrible."
