"This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!"

"The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations."

"Older house with character and ample space. Would have been nice to have luggage racks in the bedrooms to set our bags on. We would stay here again"

"We had a wonderful time! The kids were happy splashing in the shallow water, and husband was thrilled to be able to have our boat on hand at the dock. Everything in the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we hope to visit again soon!"

"The views were outstanding, especially the sunsets! We enjoyed our time very much! I personally would add blinds or shades to keep house cooler with the afternoon sun beating in the kitchen doors and bedroom windows, but other than that, everything was excellent! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided as well. We had our own boat that we were able to dock there, which was an added bonus. I definitely would go back!! "

"Property and house were exactly as listed only cozier. Perfect for a family from Nana&Papa to 3 month old grandchild...everything we needed and plenty of space. Access to water was perfect for younger children and not too far from house/deck. Owner responded immediately when there was a small issue with kitchen sink. Enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return."

"Lovely house and location. Great sunsets off the back porch and beach. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for some great meals, including the outdoor grill. Short drive to Auburn for a meet up with wine tour operator and dinner at the Prison City Pub( yummy!). Hiking in Fillmore Glen at the bottom of Owasko was great too! Lastly, communications with owner were great! "
