There was a blackout problem, and also some bees underneath the deck outside the cabin, but that being said this is a cottage in the middle of the wood some of that is to be expected to not bother me, and host is taking care of it once brought to attention. "This home provided lots of space for extended family attending my son's graduation. The location felt very rural, but we were a 15-20 minute drive from most of our dinners and activities. A rainy Memorial Day weekend limited our outdoor enjoyment, but the home was very comfortable and we enjoyed viewing the lush yard, beautiful pond and wildlife from inside. "Great place! Stayed with our parents & other family for our daughter’s graduation at Vassar. Well appointed kitchen & fantastic patio and fire pit. Grill was out of gas when we got there and our hosts were in it within minutes. Would definitely recommend for larger family gatherings."
