"George and Subhas home was perfect for our family to spend a weekend in southern Connecticut while in town for the weekend to visit friends. We have two young daughters (age 1 and age 6) and always try to find places to stay where they can have their own room. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with VERY comfortable king beds. "The location of this apartment was conveniently close to a graduation we attended. As promised the rooms were very cool and comfortable while the temps outside reached 100. BEds were very comfortable. Communication with host excellent. Would stay here again. Parking was a little tricky on the street"

"This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again."

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

"Our group consisted of 5 women in the city for a family bridal shower. This unit met our needs perfectly. The beds were all very comfortable, plentiful hot water, and a cool long dining table to eat together or just sit around and chat. We had everything we needed and access to transportation nearby. Our one request for extra towels was satisfied extremely quickly (within 5 minutes). We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. "

"This is a cozy well kept downstairs apartment. The walk out patio is a bonus that you don't usually find in the city. We loved the location because you could walk to all our favorites, Sylvia's, Red Rooster and the Apollo. Subway stops are convenient to downtown. Apartment is well equipped with anything that you could need. We did something as with all properties, and the manager was there within the hour. We will definitely stay here again."

"Es un hotel muy céntrico, a una cuadra de las mejores calles céntricas de NY, sus habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero nos cambiaron a una mas amplia con un costo de 20 dlls mas, pero mucho mejor."
