"Property was a bit rustic, but an inexpensive option for direct access to Lake Cayuga. Faucet water carried a pungent odor when we first arrived due to high mineral content, but dissipated after use. Septic system was functional. Great internet access given location. Was able to reach Ithaca in about an hour, the Syracuse State Fairgrounds in about an hour and a half. Convenient access to three wineries in a half hour’s drive and a brewpub. Quiet space in a neighborhood of friendly people."

"This hotel was super convenient for walking around Skaneateles. The place was recently remodeled and is very nice. There were lots of free snacks and drinks in our room (including instant oatmeal for a quick breakfast). That was great. The front desk person (Christine?) Was very helpful including coming to our room to reboot the TV. My only complaint was that there was quite a bit of mold in the shower and it needed some Tilex or Chlorox. Otherwise, great place to stay in Skaneateles!"
