"This was a beautiful house!! Very clean and had everything we needed and more! The hosts were very helpful and communicated very quickly! I highly recommend staying in this house!"

"Our stay was wonderful. From the impeccably clean cabin to the friendly family atmosphere and the beautiful view of the lake our stay couldn't have been better. You are walking distance to the Bemus Point ferry and Stow Scoop and Swirl ice cream shop. We'll be back."

"Nice quiet place. Great location. Would stay again."

"Small, cute, had what we needed. Some more recent upgrades have been done, which is nice. However, old building that has missed much general maintenance for many years. Infested with colonies of tiny ants and bees. Many spiders in all windows and door openings(I’m aware we are at a lake). Difficult to manage stairs without adequate railings for handicapped. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated that we could book only 2 night"

"Very clean and quiet! Right on Lake! Great fire pit at night."

"Nothing fancy, but clean and just right for going to the Jamestown Celtic Festival in Mayville. Only about 15 miles away."

"This is a “lake cottage” and is right on a nice part of lake Chautauqua- lights at night, sunrises, saw a Blue Heron. A wonderful place. Everything you need from grater to pizza pan.Sitting on the porch is lovely at all times day or night.Oh and enough outlets and WiFi.Close to stores and restaurants if you need that."

"A very nice place to stay at. Bathroom is nice and large. Great open kitchen and living room. 2nd bedroom is on the smaller side. Backyard is very nice and has an indoor porch also!"

"Super great place! Easy checkin, great water access, and a functional AC which is amazing. We will be staying here again!"

"Expedia could have given better driving directions and a more accurate map. Everything about the property was positive."

"Great stay. Excellent location and lots of amenities."

"Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our family of 3. Great location near the lake, several parks, family activities, and cute towns. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again - and stay longer!"

"We had a wonderful stay. This is our second year. Great little rental!"

"Very nice inside. Wonderful back yard with fire pit. Not as secluded as it appears as there are neighbors right next door, and the back property can be rented as well. Very close and easy to get to Bemus, and you can walk to the lake to watch the sunset. Would definitely book here again."

"We enjoyed our stay very much and the few questions we had were responded to immediately. Very apparent that owners are working to update the property. We would definitely stay there again."

"Host is very responsive and very helpful. "

"We had a great weekend! Communication was great and allowed early check in. Thank you!!"
