Beautiful lake front house with literally everything you would need on a trip. House was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. Loved the private feel and would most definitely stay there again. Lorraine was very responsive and super friendly. Great getaway for my family!

This lakefront property was the perfect location for our family getaway. The stunning fall foliage and bonfire pit provided a memorable outdoor experience. We enjoyed the surrounding area, hiking during the day and visiting Southern Tier or Ellicottville breweries in the evening. The kitchen if fully equipped , and the thoughtful amenities like a pack-and-play, a high chair, and outlet covers made the stay exceptionally family-friendly. With comfortable beds, clean rooms, and outstanding views, we highly recommend this property and look forward to returning

We are a group of women who get together once a year and we found this home a few years back. We just love it. The lake is so peaceful. The home is immaculate. Kitchen has enough of dishes and cookwear and is very well equip. The beds are very comfortable. This is our 3rd time staying here and we will return in the future.

House is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Located on a dead end street, we didn't see another vehicle all week. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Spacious backyard for games and outside fun. We already rebooked for next year and are looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay at the lake house was a wonderful time as always! The house is well equipped from kitchen supplies, to water toys, comfortable beds, clean linens.... This home was a fantastic place for a quiet getaway on the lake. The check-in process was extremely convenient and easy as well as the check out process. We brought too many supplies with us because the home including the kitchen had everything we needed right there. We would definitely stay here again!

A very nice, well decorated home, with lots of space. There are toys for small children, a huge selection of water "toys" for everyone, lots of life vests, anything you might need. The kitchen has everything you can imagine.The location is ideal... only a few minutes from retail stores, Bemus Point and the Chautauqua Institute. The owner is very responsive. An issue with the A/C was acted on quickly.

Felt Like Home

We had an incredible holiday week at Lorraine’s home! We loved all the extra water toys as much as our kids did. Staying there truly felt like being at our own home. It was extremely spacious which gave us all space to comfortably spread out after a long day on the lake. Would love to stay again!

Family Time

Our family of six adults enjoyed time reconnecting and making new memories in this beautiful lakeside home. We enjoyed multiple water activities, all with supplied kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes. Other days were spent visiting local towns and wineries. We also had a wonderful dinner at Stella: A Kitchen & Bar with a relaxing walk along Lakeside's waterfront park afterwards. It was a wonderful week! Thank you, Lorraine, for sharing your beautiful home!!

Wonderful Ashville Home

This was probably the best fit for our family of the several homes we have stayed at in Lake Chautauqua. Lots of space and wonderful amenities. The dock was great for the boat we rented and we used either the dock-side fire pit or the propane fire table on the deck, each evening. We didn't use the boats and floats (kids too little), but the yard games, swings and game closet were well used and appreciated. Lorraine was a responsive host and we would love to stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

The house is great, and our host is very responsive and accommodating. Our only issue is the lake water. It’s very disgusting around the dock. It was so hot, yet no one wanted to go in the water, or use any of the water equipment, kayaks, paddle boards, floaties. We used the backyard for games and sports, and did a lot of fishing. it’s really perfect, except for the water, not anyone’s fault.

So amazing

This was our second trip to this house. We also have next year booked already! The weather wasn't the best but this house is all you need, so we still had a blast! If you're thinking about booking don't think any longer! Just book it!

Beautiful setting for a memorable family vacation

Our family gathered to celebrate my parent’s 50th anniversary. It was everything it promised and more. My parents loved the deck and watching the sunset over the lake. My daughter and I loved the paddle boards and kayaks, and even our puppy joined in on the kayaking! The house was spacious and very accommodating. Every possible thing you could need was anticipated and provided. This is a great place for a multigenerational celebration!

Quiet and serene CHQ lakefront. Excellent place to relax and read on the deck or for kayaking, fishing, or paddleboarding. Owner is gracious and timely with communication - text or email. Already booked again for next year!
