We had an incredible holiday week at Lorraine’s home! We loved all the extra water toys as much as our kids did. Staying there truly felt like being at our own home. It was extremely spacious which gave us all space to comfortably spread out after a long day on the lake. Would love to stay again!

Our family of six adults enjoyed time reconnecting and making new memories in this beautiful lakeside home. We enjoyed multiple water activities, all with supplied kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes. Other days were spent visiting local towns and wineries. We also had a wonderful dinner at Stella: A Kitchen & Bar with a relaxing walk along Lakeside's waterfront park afterwards. It was a wonderful week! Thank you, Lorraine, for sharing your beautiful home!!

This was probably the best fit for our family of the several homes we have stayed at in Lake Chautauqua. Lots of space and wonderful amenities. The dock was great for the boat we rented and we used either the dock-side fire pit or the propane fire table on the deck, each evening. We didn't use the boats and floats (kids too little), but the yard games, swings and game closet were well used and appreciated. Lorraine was a responsive host and we would love to stay here again.

The house is great, and our host is very responsive and accommodating. Our only issue is the lake water. It’s very disgusting around the dock. It was so hot, yet no one wanted to go in the water, or use any of the water equipment, kayaks, paddle boards, floaties. We used the backyard for games and sports, and did a lot of fishing. it’s really perfect, except for the water, not anyone’s fault.

This was our second trip to this house. We also have next year booked already! The weather wasn't the best but this house is all you need, so we still had a blast! If you're thinking about booking don't think any longer! Just book it!

Our family gathered to celebrate my parent’s 50th anniversary. It was everything it promised and more. My parents loved the deck and watching the sunset over the lake. My daughter and I loved the paddle boards and kayaks, and even our puppy joined in on the kayaking! The house was spacious and very accommodating. Every possible thing you could need was anticipated and provided. This is a great place for a multigenerational celebration!

Quiet and serene CHQ lakefront. Excellent place to relax and read on the deck or for kayaking, fishing, or paddleboarding. Owner is gracious and timely with communication - text or email. Already booked again for next year!

The house was perfect! We've stayed at many different houses on Chautauqua Lake, but this was our favorite. We had everything we needed. We have young grandchildren, so the toy closet was a nice bonus when we had a rainy day. The large dock was wonderful as we brought our boat as well as spent alot of time fishing off the dock. We especially enjoyed using the canoe and paddle boards. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed staying here. Good size for 8 people. Lots of amenities and very well-stocked. We went in early April to see the eclipse and we lucked out with pretty good weather, so some of the group got in some kayaking and canoeing time in. Recommended for family get-togethers.

This was our first time at lake chautauqua and we absolutely loved it! The lake is so beautiful and larger than we thought! My sons love to muskey fish and the lake is known for that! Even though they didnt catch one we so enjoyed our time there. Lorraine is a wonderful host and her home is beautiful. She has everything you can imagine. Unfortunately there was an algae bloom and we didnt take the kayaks and paddleboards out, us girls were bummed but we enjoyed the games, especially spike ball! The beds are so comfy and theres lots of room to hang out. We saw alot of shooting stars and elan musks satellites. Cant wait to come back again! Thanks Lorraine for a wondedful.family vacation!

We have been looking for a house on the lake to rent every year and this is it! This house is amazing! It has everything you could ever need. The view is breathtaking! We rented a pontoon boat and easily moored it at the dock. The beds and bedding were very soft and so comfortable. Our teenagers and their friends had a blast on the paddle boards and Kayaks! The garage is filled with so many toys. This house was so clean and we felt at home the second we walked in the door! We have already booked for next year!

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) had a wonderful time at the lakes house. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming, but we made the most of it. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy the backyard and massive deck. We all agreed that we would like to return next year.

The property and host were better than we could have imagined and exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect week long getaway on the water with many of the amenities well accounted for. The house could easily fit large families opt multiple smaller ones. Having everything baby and pet friendly there was a gigantic plus as well. Would not hesitate to stay at again!

We wanted to have a vacation with our kids & their families and this place didn’t disappoint! Amazing home, clean well stocked for towels, extra blankets, pillows, kitchen pans etc! Kayaks and canoe as well as a paddle board to use. The kids & grand kids loved this place. As did we. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. We hope to stay again in the future!

This is the third time we have stayed at this lovely home on Chautauqua Lake. We grew up in Lakewood and love coming back to visit family and play on the lake! We love this home because it is big enough to accommodate our growing family (we now have our two grand daughters age 1.5 and 3.5) Our local relatives visit us and we enjoy BBQ's on the deck and making S'mores in the fire pit by the dock. We rent a pontoon boat for 5 days and park it at the dock of the house, this is super convenient! The owner Lorraine is just lovely and is always available to answer any questions we might have. Also another plus is the home is equipped with beach towels, paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles, tubes, ropes, corn hole etc... Once you are at the house there is no need to leave! We will be back FOR SURE! Wish I was STILL there making memories to last a life time!
