"I never like to put down a place that's "trying". This location is on the water and very close to all activities (downtown) so that's a plus. The office was very responsive to needs/problems ... and friendly. Price was a bit high to us, but maybe not for this location. The unit (attached cabin) was NOT spectacular. Lots could be improved. If you have the money ... stay elsewhere. If not, this is a good base for seaway cruises, etc."

"This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay on Wellesley Island, NY. Tanya is a wonderful host - very responsive. We stayed 2 nights (Husband, wife & 18 y/o son). We really enjoyed the snack basket the host left for us - a very nice and thoughtful touch! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We actually used the outside grill on the amazing outdoor deck to cook burgers one night. Although we don't drink coffee or tea, there is a very well-stocked area...

"We stayed at the cabin recently for a fishing trip. It was the perfect cozy spot. Very easy to come and go and Allison/Michael were very accommodating with our checkout time. All the necessities were there that we needed and it was very clean."

"Check in was a breeze. Our host George was easy to reach and communicate with. The house is roomy and comfortable. It is close to shops and Uncle Sam's boat tours in Alexandria Bay. The house is off a quiet, picturesque road making it a nice place to get away and relax. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rent out the house again "

"The location in Alexandria Bay couldn’t have been more convenient. The yacht is right on the water and within easy walking distance of everything the town has to offer. It was spacious, had plenty of seating, and was stocked with simple necessities like shampoo, soap, extra lighting, fans, and more. We also had a great time fishing right off the back of the boat—we could barely keep up with all the fish that were biting!Unfortunately, there were also some significant cleanliness issues that...
