"Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. "

"We stayed at the Brig O’Doon for two nights after our wedding as a little mini moon. The hotel is beautiful - very atmospheric and romantic and we stayed in the signature river view room - the view is the stuff of fairytales. The room was luxurious and we had a great sleep! "Ubicacion en Ayr, cerca del aeropuerto, en ciudad muy tranquila, ideal si se llega por la noche a Prestwick. Gente muy atenta. Limpieza impecable. Camas muy comodas. Desayuno muy completo. Baño compartido pero impoluto. Como es cerca del aeropuerto te reciben a horas que no son habituales en Escocia. Nosotros llegamos hacia la 1 AM y nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad."
