"Wonderful hotel with great amenities, a fantastic location, and a very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only "problem" for me was the food—it was delicious, but there was far too much of it, and I couldn't resist!"

"Super everyone and everything 💕🇬🇪💕🖼️"

"Location is very quiet, the hotel overall includes rooms are very clean. Staff very helpful"

"Todo muy bien"

"Hotel tranquilo en las afueras de Borjomi. Buen desayuno. Wifi perfecto en las habitaciones. Habitaciones con camas cómodas y baño bien equipado. Personal muy atento."

"It’s a very nice hotel. Everything good"

"I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel."

"It is a uniqly designed property that looks like a palace. Stuff is attentive and helpfull. Wonderful buffet breakfast serving international and local dishes. Property has a beauty spa and a full medical center. It also has it's own mineral spring with drining mineral water."

"Def not 5 stars maybe 3"
