"We stayed at this property for a reunion with our Canadian family members. The house had erythi everything we needed and was lovely. Although it rained and was cold most of the weekend, we were able to use the backyard firepit in between rain drops. We had a wonderful time."

"My family came from out of state for a family members memorial service. The rental was perfect. Extremely clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment. The home is directly on Cayuga Lake with grills and outside seating. The bedrooms all had great mattresses and plenty of linens. We did need the additional apartment which was easily accessible.Highly recommend this Reno!"

"While I was nervous at first because of a previous review that I saw after booking, I am pleased to say that there were no problems with my stay. When contacted by Breezy with check in instructions I was informed that the location was newly renovated to include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that the parking space has just been upgraded to be able to fit 2 large vehicles, and that if there was not a tenant currently there was always touch ups being done to improve the quality of the stay, I was...

"Our big family of 16 enjoyed this entire house and amenities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the downstairs area with arcade and games was non stop entertainment for the entire family. We enjoyed the fire pit with lots of chairs and could even see Lake Cayuga from our windows and front porch. We were close to the local marina to rent a pontoon and close enough to all the fun in Ithaca. The house is 55 minutes away from Watkins glen making it a perfect spot to see...
