"We stayed for a week with a family of 10. Enough comfortable space for all of us! The kids had a blast catching HUGE frogs and blue gill left and right from the dock. We also made use of the paddle boat and canoe. Short drive to all the 1000 Islands has to offer! Host was extremely helpful with area recommendations with quick responses. "

"We loved our stay on Trout Lake! Check in was easy and as described. The kitchen was well-stocked and nicely set up for meal prep for our group of 7. We enjoyed the bi-level deck with a large table and chairs for 6 on both levels. The inside common area was plenty spacious for the one rainy day we needed to be indoors. "Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunset Cottage. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the lake and all the amenities that were provided. The cabin was just as described and any question or concern we had was answered promptly. It was the perfect vacation to slow down and make family memories. "

"The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of pots and pans and even an electric griddle for making pancakes. The refrigerator in the boat house saves lots of trips when you want to spend the day fishing on the dock. The foosball table was a delight for the grandkids (even though Grandpa was still able to beat them)! "

"Stayed here for my anniversary! It was very cute! Great for a couple and their dog. Loved the outdoors feeling which is want I wanted for us. Didn’t mind not being in the middle of everything as I wanted calm and nature. I will say it is well water so if you don’t like the taste of that- make sure you buy bottled water. "

"The cottage was a perfect place to unwind. It’s a perfect private get away with all the comforts of home. The water is deep and the deck is a great spot to sit and think, fish or enjoy a summer swim. Our family loved it here!"

" Fantastic stay! Dog friendly. Super safe. We all had a great time on the pontoon boat! Place was clean and included ALL the amenities! Neighbors were so friendly and helpful! Brett, Alice, and Chris made us feel welcome prior to the trip and all through the trip. Would recommend for sure!"
