"I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did."

"Perfect!"

"An excellent French club hotel. The staff is great. Thank you to everyone at Laguna Beach for a wonderful vacation!"

"Hôtel d'excellent niveau sur tous les aspects .Nous avons regrété de ne pouvoir y rester plus de temps"

"Hotel con playa privada, habitación amplia, en general me ha gustado."

"If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good. Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent. Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. Two days in a row I found small bugs just walking around...

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "

"There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff, especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior, which is four stars. The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good, spacious, but not verry clean. For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself. After we made a complaint, they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand. And suddenly after our...

"They were not english speakers but friendly enough, rent BBQ set for free Facilities and location were great, also nearby vertical pool we rent for free💖 This place can be really nice and quiet but unfortunately at our stayed timing there were noisy Romanians and bad mannered girl who didn’t use a leash for her dog so I couldn’t enjoy fully for the tranquility and calmness. Hope we can stay with quiet and well mannered customers at the next time!!"

"Hotel cerca del mar negro. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y con excelente wifi. Spa correcto"

"Chambre propre, avec un petit balcon vue sur mer plutôt agréable. Le buffet était très bien, nous avons bien mangé. "

"Terrible hotel, not worth the money"

"Nice, thanks"

"Awesome pools, great activities for kids, will go back. "

"The room was not upgraded, smelly and not very clean. The people working not friendly and not helpful. The restaurant was ok but the bugs were flying over the food. Inadequate sanitation, so a relative got sick. In other words i would never go to this hotel again. "

"Nice family resort. Older but we’ll maintained. Can’t complain."

"Rooms are small, hotel staff is inept, food is mediocre at best, no parking."
