"The description of the hotel on the website is not true. The photo of the hotel from the outside is confusing because the hotel looks different. There is no staff in the hotel all the time. We arrived and could not leave our things until 3 o'clock. Breakfast is very late. В 8.30. We warned that we were leaving at 8, but we paid for breakfast. Nothing was offered to us. The hotel is a 2 "

"This was advertised as a 1500 Apartment with 2 bedrooms. It's a storage unit that they added 2 toilets too. There are no windows, the toilets extractor fans did not work and the host tried to order a new extractor fan on about the 27 of April 2026. The lights/globes in the place were also inadequate and had to go buy a 75 W globe in order to see anything in the kitchen. The second bed was a SOFA BED and the last time I had to sleep on a sofa bed was 40 years ago. "

"This is a lovely apartment home in a quaint village just outside of Amsterdam. Second floor has a kitchen with everything you need, one bathroom, and primary bedroom. The third floor has two bedrooms with two twin beds each. The apartment has big windows and felt light and airy. Apartment was updated and clean, communication with the host was excellent, and the village was lovely to walk around. This is close to Amsterdam and surrounding areas. We rented a car for our trip but there were buses...

"We hadden per mail grvraagd of we al iets eerder naar de accommodatie konden, en gelukkig was dit geen probleem. Door wegwerkzaamheden is t openbaarvervoer iets verder weg. Een kwartiertje wandelen, op zich geen probleem, maar we hadden de pech dat t flink regende. En ondanks t weer een hele leuke ervaring. Supermarkt ongeveer 10 min. met de auto."

"Very scenic area. Close enough to Amsterdam and still a quaint place to stay."

"We loved our stay in this bed and breakfast! Klaas was always easy to communicate with and Marianna was so kind and welcoming during our stay. She met us at check in to make sure we had everything we needed and she made a delicious breakfast each morning. The village was very easy to get to from Amsterdam and the surrounding villages. We usually took bus 314 or 316. We rented bikes near the bus stop (30 euro cash for two bikes for a day). Broek is beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed...

"We had a wonderful stay with Deep and Julie on their Catermeran. We enjoyed some wonderful sailing and anchored near an Island for the night. We had a lovely evening sharing stories over dinner and watching the sun go down! I was impressed how warm and cosy the boat was and how well we all slept! Waking up surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery in the morning was very special and we enjoyed basking up the sunshine before setting sail. It was a great adventure for both children and adults...

"Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Nur den Eingang das 1. Mal zu finden könnte besser beschrieben sein. Aber das war es auch schon mit kritik"

"The house is beautiful but you need to know that it’s located next to the bell tour and it makes a lot of noise during all night."

"Immer wieder"

"Leo and Marieke are wonderfully kind and attentive hosts. The property is spacious and situated in the stunning Dutch countryside on a quiet road. All the windows let in such a beautiful light throughout the day. We absolutely loved it. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms large. The house is located near the quaint towns of Monnickendam and Edam-Volendam, as well as Broek in Waterland. All these villages offer very nice restaurants (often followed by evening strolls by the canals)....

"Tranquila casita en plena naturaleza con excelentes vistas. La zona Waterland tiene pueblos con mucho encanto y se pueden visitar yendo en bici por caminos muy agradables.Esta muy cerca Amsterdam y muy bien comunicada"
