"The hotel is clean and nice however a few points. The room I booked on Expedia was a deluxe suit with a pullout coach in the living room. At check, to our surprise there is not one room with a pullout couch so that was frustrating. When I asked to change the room they emphatically refused. I told for what I was paying which is higher than any other hotel in top seaside destinations I expected a better view than a parking lot!
