"Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! It was a rainy weekend but there was plenty of indoor activities especially in the game garage. Would definitely book again!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!"

We used it as our base camp for the Letchworth State Park but I wish we could have spent more time at this home.Brandon, Bethany and their family have created a very innovative, whimsical place for us travelers to relax and make memories. "This was an amazing place all new appliances perfect location just a mile from the state boat launch, we brought a baby gate to keep our pets in the yard and kept our 23ft boat on the dock. The property was the most well stocked we have ever stayed at. The dock is far enough out and the depth was about 4-5 feet at the end of the dock. Bed was very comfortable views couldn’t be beat! If we had one small complaint it would be that the dock needs cleats. Perfect place for a getaway on the lake...

"My family and I had an amazing time at The Young Estate! Coming from the city this was exactly what we needed to unwind and to have such a great family bonding time. It was the first time our twelve and nine years old were not on their phone! "We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house.
