"It was very quite and peaceful; I look forward to returning and can highly recommend this property. Of note, there were flashlights everywhere which you rarely see and it was a comforting touch - the area around the house is pretty dark. We felt very safe with neighbors close by (but not too close!) Beds were comfortable, amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen very well stocked with extra supplies in the garage. The entire house was very clean!!!"

"We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight."

"Majestic Meadows was the perfect place for my family to stay for my daughter’s wedding at Andalusian Oaks. Everyone loved the quiet beauty it offers. Rich was an amazing host and added some unexpected details like supplies for s’mores at the fire pit and various other personal touches. The screened in porch was awesome! "Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book."

"The cottage was well-kept. However, we were unable to get an internet connection in order to use the TV. We called our host, Connie, and she worked to get our connection. When she was unable to do so, she was able to assign us to another cottage. That cottage was well-kept - Paddlers Cottage. The grounds were well kept. We did not use the pool or the grill. But everything was very nice. If in the area, I would recommend the location!"
