"Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. "We had a great type staying the very adorable tiny house! It was well decorated (maybe too well) and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had never used a composting toilet before - so that what was our least favorite part. Everything else was top notch. We all found sleeping in the lofts to be very cozy and comforting. We had everything we needed to store food and make meals, a nice TV, and a shower. Excellent stay!"

"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Withlacoochee River Bird House! The location right on the river and the property was exceptional. The house was unique with its decor and had a lot of charisma and character. Very thoughtful touches to welcome guests. My pup loved it and didn’t want to leave! "We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. "

"Kitchens were very spacious, the bar downstairs was very useful!! Laundry room was absolutely a great option especially for the big family of wet clothes from being on the River!!! The bed rooms was set up perfectly to accommodate everyone!!! The only thing that I would recommend is another a/c unit down stairs. It stayed pretty warm through out the stay. "

"Everything was absolutely beautiful! Everything was new, ceiling to floor! We stayed for a week so we did a lot of cooking in the very well stocked kitchen. "Jennifer’s place is truly a little slice of heaven!! The pictures are completely accurate, but there’s also such a chill vibe to this place that you feel the instant you get there! "This was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals! It was not only in a great location, right on the river, close to the springs, and supermarkets, it was so unique and spacious. Normally I bring blankets and towels because most rentals have the bare minimum but they had everything you can imagine. It felt like a home away from home. We grilled every night enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. Great rental!!"

"We loved our stay at this property! The lot is nice and private, with beautiful woods on one side and a serene river view across the way. There were plenty of kayaks and paddle boards available for us to use, and easy access to the river made getting out on the water simple and fun.
