"Not very clean rooms. There was dirt and lints on the floor and underneath the beds. Breakfast was cold and not ready when it is supposed to start. Or it seemed they already served early to some clients and by the time breakfast starts there are only leftover cold porridge. Although service did improve after complaining few times to the staff."

However, it is easy to get a reservation at Kyagar that is right next door and has better food in my opinion. Accessibility for the elderly or those physically challenged could also be better, some of the stairs were too high for my mother to use with easy, the staff was very receptive of this though and...

Food was excellent and staff were so cordial it beat all of my expectations. "Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The manager Tsering Chondol is amazing, I would thoroughly recommend asking her to organize a full itinerary, she was so helpful and she really took time and care to help us plan our trip around Leh, so it would fit our needs. It was an experience of a life time and I do believe we owe this to her. The hotel is super clean, pretty, well located in Leh center, Wonderful spacious rooms, great breakfast. The staff were so so nice and hardworking in particular...

"I booked the property for ₹10k+ for a night but the service i got was pathetic as per the price. Pros: 1. Property is located close to Pangong Tso. 2. Room has sun/moon roof for stargazing and has huge windows for a good lake view from inside the room. Cons: 1. Very cold welcome from the manager/host, totally opposite of what i experienced otherwise in Ladakh. 2. Room, bathroom and room surroundings were not clean enough to justify the premium cottage and the premium price paid for the same. 3....
