"We wanted a nice place centric to museums, great Cajun food, and natural areas to explore, this VRBO did not disappoint. Heidi is a great host, very communicative with a cozy home that includes all the amenities you need to hang out in or revitalize after a day of local fun. Would definitely keep in mind for future relaxation or exploration. "

"Located on a quiet residential street, this is without question one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have ever experienced. The property is immaculate, modern, roomy and comfortable. You even have use of the garage. The manager, Heidi, provides clear, concise & timely instructions for check-in & is most responsive to any queries. We would most definitely return here again."

"The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday."

"Several friends traveled for a local event and shared this house. It was very comfortable and well appointed. It is clear that the home was renovated and decorated carefully. The host, Danina, provided many extras such as two robes in each bedroom, toiletries in case someone forgot something, cookies and bottled water. The kitchen is very well equipped and has brand new appliances. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting the East Texas/WestLouisiana area."

"We just wanted a quick night away from the hustle and we enjoyed driving a mere 20 miles out of town for this hidden paradise. The stargazer cabin was perfect. Clean, cozy, and the outside scenery complete with hot tub, horses, and gorgeous landscape was the icing on the cake. Everything was clean, check- in was a breeze, and we had no “wants”. My only note is that this cabin is a little too close to some of the other buildings on the property so it didn’t feel as private as I anticipated , that...

"Charming small but roomy one bedroom directly on beach. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a cold rainy weekend but we were able to beachcomb and enjoy our stay in between the rain. We had the whole beach to ourselves. Would definitely book again. "

"The lighthouse not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Comfortably held our crew without feeling like we were all on top of one another. Irene is an amazing host and was there for all of our needs. She responded to messages quickly and made special requests happen without hesitation. The location is an absolute dream and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a magical place to stay on the coast. "

"We absolutely loved staying on the water. We were able to walk right onto the beach and allow the kids play and come back when tired. There were several outdoor family games as well. The beds were comfortable and the inside was clean. There were plenty of pots and pan for us to make lunch. We had a wonderful time all the way around. "
