"I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. "We brought our 11 month old on his first beach trip and the house had everything we needed. The beach is extremely close to the property. You have the option to drive or walk. We did the 1 minute short drive. We came on this trip after heavy rainfall and there was no high water, but lots of mosquitoes on the island as a whole, so bring bug spray. It really helps. I’d recommend this property to families of 3-4 or 2 couples! It was great for our family of 3."

"Clean, well maintained, useful and convenient amenities. I’d like to suggest a shower chair in at least one bathroom for safety with those with poor mobility or balance issues. Beds were very uncomfortable, I’d suggest memory foam toppers or something. Our rest was poor we all woke up hurting. The location was perfect, house was pretty clean with the exception of dog fur, chew toys and dust under couch. Overall I’d definitely rent again if bed issue is addressed."

"I enjoyed my stay. Originally my 8 year old daughter and nephew were coming because I thought they would enjoy the loft. I think they still would have but I would be cautious on children going up it. "We so enjoyed our stay! This was a great location in a beautiful home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised at how far away the “party traffic” was from this location with it being “jeep weekend.” The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and our grandkids loved their time on the beach with Nonny and Poppy.
