"We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....

"I loved everything about my stay here. The property is so quirky that it instantly feels like home. We were so blessed to see so much wildlife right at the door step, we even had critters trying to join us when we had a fire to cook. My friends that I travelled with became a little overwhelmed when the water ran out due to the water pump playing up and that drained the solar power but understood that's part of living in a rainforest and absolutely no fault to owners. The caretaker had the water...
