"We are 2 cyclists. We very much appreciated the common area, with its tea and coffee station, along with the filtered water dispenser. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic and the proximity to good restaurants/ pubs for dinner was ideal. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Creston!"

"The booking stated breakfast was included, but breakfast is at a good price (not expensive) at a really good restaurant next to the hotel, but not included in the price. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and overall very good experience!"

"Beds were great with clean, fresh linens and firm mattresses! Pillows were good too Negatives........our roomwas right above the bar and we were kept awake til 11:00 PM which was midnight Alberta time after a tiring 5 hour drive. I suspected trouble when i found complimentary ear plugs by the bed!!!! They were useless and did not block the pounding base from the bar music. NO SLEEP FOR ME!! VIEW was nice and the town of Creston was beauriful !!!"

"We were visiting relatives in Nelson. The rest of our party was at the camp ground, so the fact that the resort was close by was great as was the kitchen when it was our turn to cook. The staff my wife dealt with were super helpful and the cost was quite a bit less than other less convenient options in town."

"I wasn’t informed it may be necessary to reserve car parking site costing $10 a night. All parking sites were reserved and not available. We had to pay for off hours of city meter parking for overnight parking. "

"The Kaslo Hotel has been nicely restored. The rooms are well appointed. The Staff are very friendly. We stayed in room 210, and were a bit startled with the sound of the elevator rumbling near our room. but since there weren't a lot of folks using the elevator, it wasn't really a big issue. Asking for rooms on the river side might eliminate that issue. Other than that, our room had a nice balcony and was very nice."
